Keep your credentials confidential and provide accurate information. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You may not impersonate another person or evade a suspension.
Content supports education and spiritual development within the Institute’s traditional Sunni Islamic approach. It is not a substitute for individual legal, medical, financial or emergency advice. Seek a qualified scholar or professional when your circumstances require it.
Do not harass others, publish unlawful or harmful material, reveal private information, infringe intellectual-property rights, interfere with the service, scrape protected content, share paid access, or attempt to bypass access controls. Community contributions are also governed by the Community Guidelines.
The app, branding and Institute-created materials are protected by law. Third-party books, translations, images, audio and video remain the property of their respective rights holders and may be used only as permitted. No download or access feature transfers ownership to you.
Auto-renewable memberships purchased in the iOS app are processed by Apple and governed by the Subscription Terms and Apple’s applicable terms. Course access is determined by verified entitlement and course level.
We may review, restrict or remove content and suspend accounts where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, academic integrity or enforcement of these Terms. You can delete your account in My Account.
We work to keep the service accurate and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every educational item is error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Material changes will be communicated in the app and may require renewed acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Contact alqadiriinstitute@gmail.com with questions.
